At Image by Vincent, the digital images are recorded in the RAW digital format ensuring the capture of every possible detail. Photographers using the JPEG format sacrifice image quality at the expense of smaller file size and ease of post processing (saving time). Your images are then individually examined and adjusted for sharpness, exposure, colour and a final cropping to ensure best fit for the print size chosen. Sample images are provided with proofs in colour, black and white, sepia and selective colour on black and white print. Additional enhancements and adjustments are made using Adobe Photoshop CS such as blemish removal and colour conversion. As an example, some brides prefer to have select images converted to black and white with only certain detail in colour. Digital proofs will be submitted to you for final review and selection. You are always encouraged to suggest preferences or special techniques in image transformation. This allows you to become involved in the creative side at no additional charge. The final result will always be subject to your approval prior to printing.

Once approved, the digital image is transferred to a professional lab where high standards in quality and printing take over the process. The image is reviewed by a professional printer for skin tone adjustment then printed on quality archival photographic paper.

The following packages contain a print allowance. The print allowance offers flexibility in chosing pictures after the wedding once you have determined the size and quantity required. Refer to the price list below for individual image pricing.

Package 1 - $795 ($100 savings)
This package includes:
· Ceremony coverage with formal and candid photographs following the ceremony. 3 hours of coverage
· $450 print allowance. Print sizes of your choice.
· Digital enhancements as requested
· CD photo gallery containing all proof images
· Add an engagement portrait for $220 ($30 savings)

Package 2 - $995 ($200 savings)
This package includes:
· Ceremony coverage with formal and candid photographs before and after the ceremony. 4 hours of coverage
· $600 print allowance. Print sizes of your choice.
· Digital enhancements as requested
· CD photo gallery containing all proof images
· Add an engagement portrait for $200 ($50 savings)

Package 3 - $1450 ($200 savings)
This package includes:
· Photographs before the ceremony of the bride getting ready. Attending the wedding ceremony in advance of the wedding party, ceremony coverage with formal and candid photographs until the reception begins or up to 6 hours of coverage.
· $750 print allowance. Print sizes of your choice.
· Digital enhancements as requested
· CD photo gallery containing all proof images
· Add an engagement portrait for $150 ($100 savings)

Package 4 - $2200 ($450 savings)
This premium package includes:
· Photographs before the ceremony of the bride getting ready. Attending the wedding ceremony in advance of the wedding party, ceremony coverage with formal and candid photographs until the reception and beyond for up to 8 hours of coverage.
· $1200 print allowance. Print sizes of your choice.
· Digital enhancements as requested
· CD photo gallery containing all proof images

Package 5 - $3500 ($700 savings)
This premium package includes:
· Photographs before the ceremony of the bride getting ready and the groom getting ready. Attending the wedding ceremony in advance of the wedding party, ceremony coverage with formal and candid photographs until the reception and beyond for up to 12 hours of coverage.
· $1500 print allowance. Print sizes of your choice.
· Digital enhancements as requested
· 40 page premium leather photo album
· DVD containing all high-resolution images (negatives)

Hourly Photographer Rate - $150 each additional hour


Payment terms:
A 1/3 deposit (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking to secure the date. Second payment of 1/3 required by the beginning of the wedding day. Balance (final 1/3) due upon placing the final print order.
Prices quoted do not include PST.

One final note:
A consultation is strongly encouraged before selecting a photographer for a wedding. The chemistry between you and your Photographer is an extremely important issue that shouldn’t be overlooked. It’s your wedding day and your Photographer will be close by all day. Be sure that you are comfortable with whomever you choose.
